Who has the time or willpower to stick to an hour long workout routine for the rest if their lives? Especially when you need to do it multiple times a week. Enter Time Flys Fitness.


I have designed an extremely time efficient program that works all major compound movements (muscle groups) plus legs (leg strength has been tied to longer lifespan) in as little as 15 minutes! I use a culmination of all the techniques I have read about and learned over the years, including tempo training, fast and slow reps, drop sets, supersets and more!


The workouts are intense and there is very little rest between exercises, but we need to teach proper form and technique, understand how to use mind muscle connection (which some studies found is responsible for 20 to 30% more muscle growth) and build confidence and trust first. It will not be until your 5th workout on average—or when you feel comfortable—that we are working out at maximum intensity. Especially great for ages 50 to 90+. I specialize in Fat Loss, working around injury, and building bone density.
